Kim Knotts, EA, CFO
Kim flourished as a young businesswoman, entering the world of financial planning and accounting at a young age. She has created an innovative accounting firms through exponential growth using forward thinking technology, sustainability and creating the foundation for effective teams to serve in the role as a Virtual CFO.
She is a native of Northern California who was born in San Francisco and grew up in the Granite Bay area where she currently resides with her husband and four children. Her favorite part of living in the Foothills is her love of the outdoors.
Vinita Chaudhary, CPA
Vinita (Vini) Chaudhary is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Accountant. She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and North Carolina Certified Public Accountant. She holds a Bachelor and Masters in Finance and a Master of Business Administration degree.
Vini began her career in 2007 and has experience with various reputed accounting firms including Big 4’s as well as tax firms specializing in small business and individual accounting services. Since 2016, she has been growing her own sole proprietorship.
Vini is actively involved in the community as board member of Non-Profits (President – Oakgrove PTA, Treasurer – Raleigh Boy Choir) as well as volunteer for multiple organizations. She is also a reputed instructor at Wake Tech Community College.
Jack, EA, MBA
Jack is a IRS Enrolled Agent. He is also a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents and National Association of Tax Professionals. He holds a Bachelor in Engineering and a Master of Business Administration degree. He is also a certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor.
Jack has 18+ years of experience with various reputed technology, accounting as well as tax firms specializing in small business and individual accounting & taxation services. Since 2018, he has been growing his own practice.
With the Enrolled Agent credential, Jack represents taxpayers before the IRS and state taxing authorities. He zealously advocates for his clients to ensure the best results are achieved.
Amber Collier
I started a job as a bookkeeper with a non-profit company. I was excelling at my job and career and stepped into a full time position as the Accounts Payable Specialist, only to be told my husband was being transferred (2019). As soon as we moved I graduated with my Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, and I decided to continue my education through SNHU and obtained my Masters in Accounting in 2021. I have a deep passion for accounting and I cannot wait to help bring my knowledge to help our clients.
